About the role
The RBDM is responsible for driving the mortgage business (LAP, HL, Affordable HL, and Secured Business Loans) across a defined region through branches and direct channel. This includes managing a team of Area Business Development Managers and Business Development Managers, ensuring achievement of business targets, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Responsible for driving the mortgage business (LAP, HL, Affordable HL, and Secured Business Loans) across a defined region through branches and direct channel
- Drive regional business targets for LAP and HL products
- Lead and manage a team of ABDMs and BDMs across multiple clusters
- Ensure timely hiring, training, and productivity of the team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions
