About the role
To drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business growth across the assigned region through effective sales leadership, channel management, market expansion, and portfolio management while ensuring achievement of business, revenue, profitability, and portfolio quality objectives in line with the Bank's credit and risk framework.
What you'll do
- Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business growth across the assigned region through effective sales leadership, channel management, market expansion
- Drive regional LAP business growth and achieve disbursement, revenue, profitability, and portfolio targets
- Lead, manage, and monitor Area Sales Managers, sales teams, and channel partners across the assigned region
- Develop and expand sourcing channels including DSAs, DSTs, connectors, branches, and other approved acquisition channels
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and geographic markets to enhance LAP penetration
