About the role
The role requires independent judgment in evaluating customer requirements, assessing business opportunities and risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the Bank in interactions with customers and stakeholders while contributing to portfolio performance and business growth.
What you'll do
- Liaising with Originators, Rating Agencies, Arrangers, Legal Counsels and Trustees among others
- Providing inputs on the transaction structure and internal credit memo
- Collecting proceeds from the originators and appropriating the same to the Pool account with the bank
- Responding to any queries/clarifications sought by the Compliance/Risk/Audit teams in connection with the product
- Create excellent relationship with all stakeholders in the wholesale banking business
