About the role
This role involves providing support to both the Non-Resident (NR) and High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) segments across all branches within the Zone. The candidate will be responsible for supporting product training, facilitating client on-boarding, and delivering ongoing assistance to clients, branches, and multiple channels across the NR and HNI portfolios.
What you'll do
- Deliver zone-level NR/HNI business targets across CASA, deposits, investments, fees and forex
- Drive NTB and ETB growth through structured sourcing, referrals, alliances and branch-led initiatives
- Partner with clusters and segments to execute focused growth plans, enable branches with onboarding and deal support, deepen client relationships
