About the role
To promote products and services of the Bank, with an aim to achieve given target, by direct and indirect sales/marketing. Identify and utilize opportunities to cross-sell other products of the Bank.
What you'll do
- Assist Sales Officers / Sr. Sales Officers/ AM - Sales in driving sales/marketing strategies
- Ensuring recruitment, grooming , training retention and mentoring talents
- Monitor and guide Officers / Sr. Sales Officers/ AM - Sales and ensure achievement of business objectives
- Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity
- Responsible to ensure compliance & sales governance
