- Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex, bespoke financing solutions and project finance transactions across key sectors
- Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including client engagement, credit assessment, financial modeling, internal approvals, documentation, and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (Coverage, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction delivery
- Support syndication and sell-down efforts through coordination with the DCM team, including preparation of marketing materials and investor interactions
