About the role
Handling loan disbursement, Queue management and measurement of TAT. Manage life cycle of loan servicing processing which includes Collection, Pre-Closure Process, Loan Cancellation and other related activities which includes tracking of Service Requests. Incumbent should be able to create test scenarios for testing purpose for any system enhancement/development & have the experience of testing in depth.
