- Responsible for handling branch trade and forex desk operations, ensuring accurate processing, customer service, and strict compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Maintain First Time Right (FTR) status in all documents submitted to centralized operations
- Provide proactive service to customers, addressing forex-related queries
- Attend RBI, internal, concurrent, and external audits; ensure timely rectification of observations
- Conduct KYC verification and customer due diligence for all forex transactions
