About the role
Primary objective is to oversee and manage a team of Regional HR Lead responsible for staffing requirements, stakeholder management, and strategic HR planning within their respective regions. Monitoring the recruitment efforts of team members to ensure that current and future staffing needs are met at satisfactory levels.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of Regional Lead HR who are responsible for staffing requirements, Business Partnering and stakeholder management within their designated vertical
- Ensure that the Regional HR Lead team maintain optimal staffing Level
- Monitor the performance of the Regional HR Lead team in meeting recruitment targets and ensuring current and future manning levels are maintained at satisfactory levels
- Provide guidance and support to Regional Lead HR team members to address any challenges and optimize recruitment efforts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management and other key stakeholders within the organization for HR-related matters within the designated vertical
