About the role
The Production Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations for system integration, assembly, packing, and dispatch of telecom products. The role ensures seamless conversion of PCBA cards received from Contract Manufacturers and mechanical chassis received from vendors into finished products through controlled manufacturing processes.
What you'll do
- Responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations for system integration, assembly, packing, and dispatch of telecom products
- Own and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Lead system integration, product assembly, inspection, packing, and handover to Finished Goods (FG)
- Ensure manufacturing activities are executed as per approved SOPs, work instructions, and quality requirements
- Drive productivity improvements while maintaining high quality and safety standards
