About the role
Thorough understanding of electronics Supply chain dynamics, OEM/ODM Models Thorough knowledge about suppliers’ base, market prices and manufacturing process for Electronics, Telecommunication and wireless products. Expertise in Routing & BOM structure analysis Expertise in negotiating and closing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs, Manufacturing Value Add (MVA) pricing, repair/rework terms, and process change revisions.
What you'll do
- Lead full end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including requisition-to-PO conversion, supplier selection, RFQ/RFP issuance and evaluation
- Onboard, develop, and manage global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Contract Manufacturers (CM) partners
- Build and execute multi-sourcing strategies to mitigate single-source risks, track committed capacities
- Negotiate extended payment terms, volume-based pricing, and cost structures to achieve targeted soft/hard savings through MVA optimizations, NRE closures
- Ensure ESG compliance, vendor audits, regulatory adherence (telecom-specific standards), and ethical sourcing practices
