What you'll do
- Source, attract and recruit high quality candidates through effective sourcing
- Attend and gain Edge sessions, Edge 1 Trainings & Point system details
- Achieve established recruiting KRAs - TE Leaders to finalize actual goals
- Deliver Ascendion deck presentations to candidates for attracting right talent
- Develop and maintain a Hot Book, fostering long term relationships with candidates (Hot Book will be approved by TL/TAM)
