About the role
We are seeking an accomplished, visionary leader to establish and drive our Healthcare Interoperability Capability within our Organization. This is a pivotal role responsible for supporting and shaping our enterprise-wide capabilities, and delivering innovative, standard-driven interoperability solutions.
What you'll do
- Strategy & Vision Leadership
- Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Interoperability of COE, aligning capabilities with the Enterprise digital transformation goals
- Function as the thought leader and chief architect, translating ambiguous business requirements and market trends into clear
- Monitor emerging industry standards (e.g., FHIR, API-driven architectures) and regulatory developments (e.g., US Cures Act, GDPR)
- Deep Subject Matter Expertise (SME)
