About the role
Bangalore - AEPL (Prestige Blue Chip), Karnataka, India Define and track software quality metrics, manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement. Maintain complaint/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management.
What you'll do
- Conduct auditing/assessments across SDLC processes and provide process improvement recommendations
- Define and track software quality metrics, manage deviations and investigations, ensure compliance, conduct audits and oversee other QA KPIs
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and focus on continuously improving the performance in the engagements Strategic Quality Planning
- Drive Root cause analysis and enable the teams to focus on effective preventive and correction actions
- Work along with other functions and units in driving the quality excellence at organization level
