About the role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director to lead and manage complex, large-scale delivery programs across multiple clients. This strategic leadership role is suited for a senior delivery professional who has a strong background in enterprise program management, client engagement, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end leadership for complex delivery programs across global clients, ensuring successful execution within time, scope, and budget
• Drive strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar programs across diverse domains and technologies
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues, with a strong focus on proactive risk management and mitigation
• Lead large, cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) and delivery managers; mentor and build a high-performing delivery organization
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Account Managers to support business growth and expansion opportunities
