- Design, develop, and implement Pega-based solutions leveraging AGM frameworks within healthcare processes
- Configure and customize Pega applications to support business requirements for Appeals and Grievances management

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient system designs
