Establish trusted business partnerships with stakeholders to come up with future talent needs and influence and drive hiring strategies. Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, recruitment experience to all stakeholders. A deep understanding of the market so we know where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.
What you'll do
- Establish trusted business partnerships with stakeholders to come up with future talent needs and influence and drive hiring strategies
- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, recruitment experience to all stakeholders
- Lead and mentor team members to drive the overall recruitment. Set team performance goals, metrics, timelines, and a formal tracking process to measure progress
- Have to also do end-to-end recruitment as and when required
