Senior Business Analyst

About the role

A Senior Payment Business/System Analyst is one of the key roles within the Program. The aim of which is consolidation of multiple payment gateways into one target gateway platform. The candidate will work closely with Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Development, Migration and QA Teams.

What you'll do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, non-functional and transition requirements through business and technical stakeholder discussions
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and data process flows
• Create documentation enabling the technical teams: Solution Architecture, Development, Data and Migration teams
• Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, Data and Migration Engineers, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC
• Provide functional expertise across the US Payment landscape, focusing on the gateway technical processing rather than card products and e2e payments for the customer's
