What you'll do

• Strategic Sourcing & Talent Planning: Design and execute robust sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
• Partner with business leaders and workforce planning teams to align sourcing strategies with long-term talent needs
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions
• Recruitment Operations & Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
• Optimize recruitment processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
