Associate Technical Program Manager - Confluent

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Technical Program Manager to help drive the planning and execution of engineering programs across teams. In this role, you will bring structure to complex work, translate technical requirements into actionable plans, track progress and risks, and help teams stay aligned through delivery.

What you'll do

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering projects from planning through delivery
• Translate technical requirements, dependencies, milestones, and risks into clear execution plans
• Maintain project momentum by tracking actions, following up on commitments, and helping remove blockers
• Prepare status updates, project plans, timelines, risk and issue logs, meeting agendas, and decision records
• Facilitate working sessions and project meetings, ensuring decisions and next steps are clearly documented
