About the role
This role combines hands-on platform administration, advanced analytics, workflow automation, data processing, AI-enabled review technologies, and technical consulting to support litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and compliance initiatives. The Legal Data Technical Specialist will support adoption and implementation of eDiscovery technology, legal AI tools, review platform optimization, and legal data workflows.
What you'll do
- Platform Administration & Operations Provide technical support for eDiscovery applications and coordinate issue resolution with external vendors and internal teams
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting resources
- Ensure platform configurations and workflows comply with SOPs, governance requirements, and security controls
- Support internal users with questions regarding the use of eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, RelativityOne, Reveal, Everlaw, Nuix, Disco, Microsoft Purview
- Configure and maintain workspaces, security groups, user permissions, coding layouts, workflows, batching strategies, searches, and review environments as needed
