About the role
As a Senior Full Stack Performance Analyst you will drive performance engineering across different layers of the Power System stack starting from the Power Processor, Power Hypervisor and Operating System (AIX & Linux). You will identify performance bottleneck and suggest design changes/tuneable/optimizations to improve performance and design of the next generation Power Processor and systems.
What you'll do
- Drive performance engineering across different layers of the Power System stack starting from the Power Processor, Power Hypervisor and Operating System (AIX & Linux)
- Identify performance bottleneck and suggest design changes/tuneable/optimizations to improve performance and design of the next generation Power Processor and systems
- Collaborate with teams across the stack including Chip design, Firmware, Hypervisor and Operating System to drive design tuning & optimization to improve performance
- Execute/Measure peformance of various PowerVM (Hypervisor) functions & features 3
- Use various performance tools to analyze performance & identify bottlenecks / opportunities for improving PowerVM (Hypervisor) stack/functions performance 4
