Ensures accurate learning records and seamless learner experience across global learning programs.
What you'll do
- Responsible for end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) administration including course setup, content deployment, learner management, testing, reporting
- Create and maintain courses, classes, curricula, certifications, learning plans and learning paths in LMS
- Configure instructor-led, virtual instructor-led and self-paced programs
- Perform end-to-end functional testing before production deployment
- Manage learner enrollments, assignments, waitlists, cancellations and completions
