Sourcing Leader : Procurement Sourcing Professional

About the role

Sourcing Leader, you will lead and manage IBM Procurement sourcing teams across global, regional, and country-level locations to ensure the effective execution of sourcing strategies and achievement of IBM's business objectives. You will apply your expertise in category sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, compliance, and supplier relationship management to deliver value through IBM's global supply base.

What you'll do

• Partner with colleagues across functions and geographies, using data, technology
• Lead Sourcing Teams: Manage and motivate sourcing teams to achieve high performance, providing coaching, performance management
• Manage Supplier Relationships: Lead negotiations and contracting activities to secure favorable terms while maintaining long-term supplier partnerships
• Sourcing Strategy Development: Exposure to building and executing sourcing strategies to balance supply-demand requirements and leverage global spending power
