About the role
The role focuses on providing end-to-end HR analytics and reporting solutions, combining strong expertise in data analysis, and SuccessFactors reporting (Story & Table reports) with in-depth knowledge of HR functional domains (HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development).
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver ad-hoc and scheduled reports for the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle based on business requests, ensuring high-quality, timely outputs
