About the role
The Enterprise Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting automation and integration solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of enterprise IT operations.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and user experience
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow, Saviynt, procurement systems, ERP platforms, cloud platforms, identity providers, infrastructure management tools
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, software deployment, patching, monitoring, and operational support processes
- Design and implement end-to-end workflows supporting hardware procurement, software requests, purchasing approvals, vendor fulfillment, inventory management
- Automate identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, application provisioning, entitlement management, and access governance
