About the role
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting functions, supporting financial analysis, and maintaining accurate financial documentation while delivering high-quality outputs.
What you'll do
- Oversee and manage general ledger activities and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and other financial reports
- Assist with GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B and the related reconciliations, and input tax credit verification
- Reconcile TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns prepared by external provider
- Support the global payroll team with monthly payroll and the related payroll statutory compliances
