- Cross-Team Dependency & Complex Delivery Management
- Own and drive resolution of cross-team technical dependencies across 8–12+ engineering squads
- Establish and maintain programme-level dependency maps, risk registers, and escalation paths
- Lead planning and execution of complex, multi-team deliveries spanning months or multiple quarters
- Identify inter-team blockers early and orchestrate timely resolution with engineering leads and architects
