About the role
Working closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and support teams, you will gather requirements, design functional solutions, configure the platform, and ensure successful deployments while feeding valuable insights back into the product roadmap and internal consulting capabilities. Execute Icertis product implementations following the company methodology, adhering to scope, schedule, and effort.
What you'll do
- Gather requirements, design functional solutions, configure the platform
- Collaborate with business partners to design best‑of‑breed solutions that meet implementation objectives
- Lead requirement gathering and functional design activities across multiple engagements
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Own system configuration, testing, and deployment for each project
