What you'll do
- Responsible for working closely with both internal and external stakeholders (Product COE, PI, TOOLS, CERT), influencing them and drive upstream connectivity and change
- Responsible for continual communication and reference to Burning Platform with team/organization and motivate the team to address the Burning Platform
- Responsible to Identify, prioritize and deploy key improvement strategies/initiatives
- Drive common test environments, tools, processes, test methodologies. Drive Capex / OPEX, Infrastructure, Oversight reduction strategies
- Responsible for Talent strategies of the team as per the TRR and CDP plan. Develop strong technical leadership in the Product line
