About the role
We are seeking a Senior Advanced Embedded Engineer to provide technical leadership in the verification and validation of safety-critical avionics embedded software.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end software verification and validation activities for avionics embedded software, from planning and test strategy through execution, evidence review
- Define and drive reusable test architectures, environments, methods, tools, and processes that improve consistency, quality, scalability
- Provide technical direction for embedded software testing using C, C++, Python, embedded programming techniques, and model-based testing approaches
- Guide the effective use of debuggers, simulators, target hardware, and structural coverage tools such as VectorCAST/VectorCAST Cover, LDRA, TCA, CodeTest, and TRACE32
- Lead technical reviews, resolve complex verification issues, influence engineering decisions, and identify practical solutions that balance compliance, quality
