L&D Trainer

About the role

The role will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and other members of the L&D Team to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that ensure all employees have access to the development they require to be effective in their roles, aligning with the Group’s business strategy.

What you'll do

• Learning Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
• The primary responsibility in this area involves assessing the learning needs within the business, engaging with key stakeholders
• It includes diagnosing capability gaps, reviewing the current learning curriculum, and ensuring learning solutions address both immediate and future business requirements
• Learning Design, Delivery & Commercial Focus
• This cluster focuses on designing and delivering learning interventions that are aligned with commercial objectives, such as improving customer service
