The ideal candidate will provide limited support in handling payroll queries, invoice queries, and running payroll, along with overseeing PASA and monthly invoicing. What you'll do
- Process timesheets accurately and ensure timely completion within agreed deadlines
- Support weekly payroll runs and weekly/monthly invoicing activities
- Process and validate self-bill reports, Rota and related payroll data
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports
- Perform YTD reconciliations and support payroll and finance data validation activities
