About the role
Manage a team of Sales Managers will be responsible for acquisition of I-direct A/cs per month. Guide & motivate the sales managers on activities to be done to get the sales. Review their performance on a daily basis.
What you'll do

- Guide & motivate the sales managers on activities to be done to get the sales. Review their performance on a daily basis
- Interact with HR Managers, Admin managers of various corporates to get necessary work done
