What you'll do
- Planning the team activities, delegation of work and maintaining work schedules. Responsible for getting work done from the team
- Carrying out critical activities pertaining to financial transaction processing
- Maintain service TATs and quality and work towards process improvements
- Co-ordinating with internal teams within the organisation and external parties namely AMCs, Registrars (R&T) and BSE (exchange)
- Implementation of major regulatory changes and close monitoring of new processes/changes
