About the role
We are seeking a Contract Analyst I to join our diverse and dynamic Client Contract Services (CCS) Team at ICON. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the budgeting and drafting of Contracts and Change Orders. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain strong client relationships, and monitor the progress of contract and change order execution.
What you'll do
- Prepare budgets for contracts and change orders, and draft the associated contract documents
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Contract Managers
- Gather input from operational teams and ensure terms reflect cost drivers
- Create payment schedules and support budget/financial analysis
- Maintain documentation and update Salesforce consistently
