About the role
As an EUC Engineer III, you will act as a senior technical leader responsible for the design, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop platforms. In this role, you will own engineering decisions across modern endpoint management, VDI, and EUC services, using data‑driven insights to improve reliability, security, and user experience.
What you'll do
- Lead the engineering, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise EUC platforms including Intune, MECM/SCCM, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Jamf, Group Policy
- Act as technical lead during major EUC and VDI incidents, driving diagnosis, resolution, and measurable preventative remediation
- Define secure configuration baselines, compliance standards, and build quality metrics using modern endpoint management frameworks
- Use operational data and KPIs to drive decisions, identify risks, influence roadmap priorities, and support capacity planning
- Own complex change deployments, ensuring proper validation, documentation, and adherence to IT change and governance processes
