About the role

As a HR Advisor at ICON, you will provide critical support across HR functions, offering guidance and expertise to employees and managers on a range of HR matters.

What you'll do

• Your role will involve delivering human resources work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders
• Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and managers on topics such as employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational goals
• Collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams on projects related to employee engagement, retention, and talent development
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires
