About the role
As an Import Export Specialist at ICON, you will ensure compliance and efficiency in international trade operations. You will manage the logistics of import and export activities, facilitating the movement of goods while adhering to regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Take responsibility for supply chain and procurement deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency
- Overseeing the import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations
- Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
- Conducting audits and reviews of import/export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and policies
- Resolving any logistics issues or discrepancies related to shipments, customs, and trade compliance
