About the role
To support the Investigator Payments team with set up and maintenance of ICON’s investigators payments as appropriate. To support team lead and be the main point of contact for issue customer concern in the absence of a more senior member of IPG team To positively chip in to the IP group by seeking to continuously improve their job performance and knowledge of IPG systems and processes
What you'll do

- Support Clinical staff in executing accurate, timely and efficient investigator payments in accordance with investigator contract
