About the role
As a Senior Tax Accountant at ICON, you will manage complex tax compliance, reporting, and plan activities across multiple jurisdictions. You will help ensure ICON meets its tax obligations while optimising tax efficiency and manage risk.
What you'll do
- Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns, provisions, and related filings for assigned entities in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Supporting quarterly and annual tax reporting, including tax account reconciliations and effective tax rate analyses
- Assisting with tax planning initiatives, transfer pricing support, and evaluation of the tax impact of business transactions
- Liaising with external advisors and tax authorities, supporting audits and responding to tax queries
- Contributing to the enhancement of tax processes, controls, and documentation to improve efficiency and compliance
