What you'll do
- Platform Engineering & Administration
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Design and implement workflows, automations, integrations, reports, dashboards, and catalog solutions using both Flow Designer and scripting approaches
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and scoped applications following platform best practices
- Plan and implement solutions with consideration for upgrade compatibility, maintainability, and operational supportability
