About the role
This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications. We are hiring for "Dynamics 365 P2P Functional/Business Analyst" role at Noida location. As a P2P Business Analyst L3, you will act as a functional expert for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain - Procurement, Purchasing, Approvals, and Vendor Invoicing - within a global IT organization.
What you'll do
- Act as an escalation point for complex functional issues raised by Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, primarily in project mode
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide functional resolution or coordinate with technical teams / editor as required
- Contribute to P2P-related projects: functional evolutions, deployments, migrations, and tool integrations
- Support the deployment and rollout of D365, AX2009, and peripheral tools (Coupa, T&E, Egencia) to local teams and end users
- Configure and maintain approval workflows and P2P processes within D365 (Procurement & Sourcing, Accounts Payable modules)
