About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Analyst to join the Cost Management Team within the Finance function at IDFC FIRST Bank . This role is pivotal in driving cost optimization initiatives across the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for collecting and analyzing cost-related data, identifying trends, and partnering with various teams to implement efficiency measures.

What you'll do

• Analyze trends in cost data across various categories such as nature of expense, business unit, and vendor level
• Conduct in-depth analysis of expense categories to identify cost optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with business and support teams to review end-to-end processes and recommend efficiency improvements
• Track and report monthly expenses and cost drivers to support strategic decision-making
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive data collection and validation
