About the role
As a State Manager – Risk, you will lead and manage all Risk Control Unit (RCU) activities across the assigned state. This role involves overseeing fraud control, field verifications, investigations, and ensuring compliance with risk protocols. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the bank’s operations and supporting business teams in mitigating risk.
What you'll do
- Managing the product assigned & team in the state/s to ensure that RCU activities like screening/ sampling, hunter reviews, onboarding checks
- Assigning activities within the team and managing workloads to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyzing trends, and initiating necessary action based on facts & finding to set deterrence
- Implement fraud control measures to minimize losses
- Effective management of RCU function and activities of assigned product in state/s
