About the role
The DefenceAcquisition Manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring Defence institutions to drive liability sales and deepen wallet share across retail banking products. This role involves executing strategic campaigns, managing institutional relationships, and ensuring consistent inflows through salary and pension credits.
What you'll do
- Identify and acquire Defence institutions to initiate liability sales opportunities
- Drive sales and business development activities across acquired institutions
- Ensure regular salary and pension credits for onboarded clients, meeting minimum thresholds set by the bank
- Monitor book growth bi-weekly, tracking inflows and outflows
- Maintain and publish sales dashboards for business heads
