About the role
To lead the development, enhancement, and management of the Current Account product offerins, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive customer acquisition, and retention.
What you'll do
- '1. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities
- Design and develop new Current Account variants tailored to customer segments (e.g., SMEs, professionals, startups), their features, pricing etc
- Monitor key product performance metrics (book size, acquisition metrics, retention metrics)
- Ensure all product features and processes comply with RBI and internal guidelines
- Sales Enablement & Training - Develop go-to-market strategies, sales toolkits, and marketing collaterals
