About the role
The role holder will be responsible for driving the end-to-end regulatory, compliance, operational risk, audit and third-party governance agenda for Digital Banking. The role will act as a central coordination point between Digital Banking and key control and governance functions, ensuring regulatory commitments, audit observations, risk events, vendor assessments and governance requirements are effectively tracked and driven to timely closure.
What you'll do
- Own and coordinate the compliance and regulatory governance agenda for Digital Banking programmes
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly RBI regulatory reports and coordinate responses to regulatory queries
- Track regulatory commitments and maintain appropriate documentation and supporting evidence for regulatory and internal reviews
- Coordinate and drive closure of RBI CSITE observations applicable to Digital Banking
- Maintain regulatory, compliance and governance trackers with clearly defined ownership, timelines, supporting evidence and closure status
