About the role
As a Program Success Partner – Startup Banking , you will be responsible for launching and managing the startup banking program at IDFC FIRST Bank. You will play a key role in creating impactful journeys, defining processes, and contributing to the overall success of the startup banking initiative.
What you'll do
- Launch and manage the startup banking program, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Support the acquisition of startup customers through targeted initiatives and relationship-building
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure lead conversion and customer onboarding
- Contribute to the creation of customer journeys and define operational processes to support program success
- Design and launch tailored banking products and financial solutions that address the unique needs of startup customers and key ecosystem players such as investors
