About the role
The Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler Loans is responsible for acquiring new customers for two-wheeler loans across designated branches in India. This role involves direct customer interaction, explaining and selling banking products, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery. The role holder will supervise catchment mapping, gather customer feedback, and identify potential business opportunities.
What you'll do
- Acquire new customers for two-wheeler loans within the identified segment and catchment area
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing customer needs
- Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer requirements and business opportunities
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines
